2. A deposit of £40 will be payable once dates have been agreed, by cheque.
3. Check in times are between 4pm and 8pm on the day of arrival, unless otherwise agreed in advance.
4. Checkout is 10.00 am on day of departure.
5. The balance due for the holiday to be paid on arrival either by cheque or cash.
