We are Steve and Lynn Hemmings and previously owned an eleven bed-roomed 4star B&B in Lyndhurst. We decided to move to Sway and offer something a little more personal, whilst still maintaining the same high standards of accommodation and home cooked food.

The best of both worlds... Sway is in the New Forest National Park and is also only 3 miles from the coast. Lymington is our closest town with ferries to the Isle of Wight. Numerous boutiques, gift shops, restaurants and cafes make this a wonderful place to visit. The beaches at Highcliffe, Mudeford and South Bourne are fabulous and are only a short drive away. The New Forest is Britain’s newest National park created in 2005 and covers 220 square miles. Formerly a Royal hunting forest, 1000 years old, governed by ancient laws.
